1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using NoorDeen, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application. NoorDeen is published and maintained by Gigani Technology.

2. License & Intellectual Property

Gigani Technology grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download and use the application strictly for your personal, non-commercial worship and educational purposes.

The application layout, branding, logos, custom source code, and design assets are the exclusive intellectual property of Gigani Technology. The Holy Quranic text, authentic Hadith collections, and classical Duas are public domain Islamic religious heritage.

3. Prayer Times & Astronomical Calculations

Prayer times are calculated using mathematical and astronomical conventions (e.g., Muslim World League, Umm al-Qura, ISNA, Karachi) combined with your device's reported GPS coordinates. While we strive for absolute accuracy, slight variances may occur due to local mosque conventions, daylight saving changes, or topography. Users are encouraged to verify critical timings with their local mosques.

4. Zakat Calculator Disclaimer

The Zakat Calculator tool is provided solely as an informative utility to assist users in calculating wealth obligations based on spot commodity prices. It does not constitute formal legal, accounting, or Islamic religious fatwa advice. Users with complex assets or doubts should consult qualified Islamic scholars.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gigani Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application.
